10 Box Overs
10 wall balls

You must hold on to the ball the entire time. If ball is dropped for whatever reason during wallballs, there’s a 2 burpee penalty per drop! 

Lift:
Back Squat
Down 3 Hold 2 Up 1
3x8 build each set
